Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Cakes

Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Cakes are soooo divine. It's my favorite gift to my friends and family. It's just a pity that there are only a few shops in Metro Manila where you can get them.

I live in Antipolo. That means the nearest shop for me is Shangri-la Mall in Mandaluyong. I always have to buy extra dry ice packs so that the ice cream won't melt --- PhP 15 pesos per pack which would last approximately for an hour. Just to make sure, I always buy 3 packs. Better to pay a little extra. After all, those cakes are not cheap, it would be a pity if after paying thousands of pesos it would just melt on the way home.

Tip for Cutting Ice Cream Cakes : Cut the cakes with a sharp knife that has been held under hot water.
