-------------------*** Feedback ***I tried the services of the Parksquare Branch. What I like is that they were able to accommodate me at a short notice. The Clinic Hours is also perfect - they are open as late as 8pm and even during Saturdays.
However, I felt that the dentist which assisted me just went about doing her job. It was so "clinical". She cleaned the teeth, did some check-up and that was it. I was trying to ask some questions but she was answering hurriedly. Perhaps it was because she already saw that there was already a next customer. Comparing it to the "customer service" of Dental Care Asia (see one of my other posts on label "health and dental"), it will really fare poorly ... And another thing, they allow other customers to enter the premises where I'm having treatment. I felt that they should give privacy when there is an on-going treatment. I mean, here they are - their hands & apparatus on my open mouth and they are still entertaining other customers. It was so embarrassing! :(
